ESW has added three established thought and practice leaders with complementary skills and experience to its Board:
- Dr. Dan Denison, Professor at IMD and President of Denison Consulting; Dension specializes in organizational culture and change;
- Dr. Jac Geurts, Professor at Tilburg University in the Netherlands; Geurts specializes in systems dynamics, games, and policy excercises for strategic change; and
- Dr. Sanjay Sharma, Dean of the Molson School of Business at Concordia University in Canada; Sharma specializes in the capabilities and skills necessary for sustainable enterprise.
